What is an interactive device?

It’s a multimedia product that, using modern technological solutions and dedicated software, allows comprehensive learning, therapy and fun for users of all ages. Using the projector placed inside, the image is displayed, and as a result of movement or gestures, the image is triggered to change, allowing a wide range of games, applications and websites to be operated.

Who can use our devices?

Appropriate and effective help using FlySky and Roomie will be found by: children in nurseries, kindergartens and elementary schools, adolescents, adults and seniors, as well as anyone looking for effective and impactful support in the education process and help with specialized therapy (autism spectrum, dementia, Alzheimer’s, speech therapy in the broadest sense).

How can I purchase the device?

What do I receive when I purchase a FlySky or Roomie device?

In addition to the device itself, the basic FlySky package includes the set of 91 applications, 2 remotes, 1 IR pen, user manual with warranty card. The basic Roomie package includes a set of 129 applications, 2 remotes, 1 IR pen on extension, set of dedicated balls with accessory bag, user manual with warranty card.

What do I need to do after purchasing the device?

All you need to do is to take the device out of the box, make the assembly, plug it in and enjoy endless fun!

Do I have to worry about software license expiration after purchasing the package?

Absolutely not! A one-time purchase of a bundled device stays with you forever, and you don’t have to pay additional costs to renew your license.

Is it possible to purchase additional application packages?

Yes, it’s possible to purchase additional application packages. We offer various options that can be customized to your individual needs, please contact our customer service for more information and to find the right package for you. Installation

Where can I use the device?

Our devices will adapt to all rooms. However, care should be taken:

• Adequate shading – we recommend mounting the device in a darker place so that sunlight does not interfere with its use.

• Adequate surface – for the best visibility of the projected image, we recommend that the surface be smooth and of one color. In order to improve the quality of use of our devices, it is possible to purchase a dedicated mat.

Is it possible to buy a mobile stand after purchasing the device?

Yes, if you decide to change the mounting type of your device then you have the option to additionally purchase a dedicated stand. With the built-in projection mode feature, you can easily turn your FlySky ceiling mounted version into a mobile one! If you need help choosing your equipment, our technical experts are available to help you and answer any questions.

What to do if the device does not turn on?

Check that the power cord is properly plugged in and the switch on the device panel is in the On position. If the problem persists, please contact us using the contact form.

Using the device

Can only one person use the device?

The device can be used by one person, but working in a group always brings more fun 🙂 Our games are designed to integrate more participants. We offer quizzes designed for two, three or even four people and larger groups. Team rotation promotes also learning to work together.

Can I choose my favourite games?

Yes, our devices offer the possibility to add your most frequently selected games to the Favourites tab. To add an application to favourites, select the game and press the button on the right in the bottom menu, then select ♥ and the profile to which you want to add the game as a favourite – you can choose from four available profiles.

Does the device offer the ability to loop games?

Yes, if you already have applications that you want to add to the looping mode, you have this option. With this feature of the device, you can play the apps you choose without having to return to the main menu. To add an app to the loop mode, select the game and press the button on the right side of the bottom menu, then select the ♾ option. You can choose from two modes – classic and random, and two time intervals – two and five minutes.

My device does not respond to movement. What to do in such a situation?

In this case, you need to calibrate your device. To do this, go to the Settings tab in the main menu, then select Calibration and follow the instructions on the screen. If the problems continue, please contact us using the contact form.

What should I do if I encounter other problems with the operation of the device?

Each device comes with a two-year warranty, extendable to three years. If the device does not work according to your expectations – contact us using the contact form or directly with your supplier.
